The reason why Prince Harry and Kate Middleton sat apart at the Anzac Day service has been revealed.
The pair were all smiles as they were photographed arriving at the service at Westminster Abbey.
Hello! magazine reports that “because Prince William was away on a trip to New Zealand, Kate was relegated several seats away from Harry, who as sixth in line to the throne and sat closer to the altar”.
In short, blood royals take precedence over non-blood royals.
The Duke of Sussex’s attendance came as a shock to fans as Meghan Markle is ready to give birth to their first child at any moment.
