Mike Tindall has just joined Instagram, and in an apparent slight on his wife Zara Tindall and her family, he doesn’t follow any of the royals.

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle, use their @SussexRoyal account, Prince William and Kate Middleton use the @KensingtonRoyal account, and even Princess Eugenie has her @PrincessEugenie account.
However, despite Mike and Zara being close to the royal family, especially Zara’s cousins Prince William and Prince Harry, the former rugby player has chosen not to follow any of the royals’ pages with his new account.
Mike has instead followed a host of sports stars and sporting accounts, as well as those of some of his famous friends.
Those given the nod of approval include Westlife singer Brian McFadden, TV presenters Ant and Dec, football star Cristiano Ronaldo and the British and Irish Lions accounts.
The dad-of-two first started using the account on September 17, with his first post scenes from a live event for the House of Rugby podcast, of which he’s a host..
His other posts include a number of selfies and photos with his famous friends, including a snap with actor James Nesbitt.
Zara also features in some of the pics where the couple were seen clay pigeon shooting at a charity shooting day on September 28.
Mike and Zara’s two young daughters — 5-year-old Mia and 1-year-old Lena — have yet to make an appearance on their father’s Instagram page.
We hope to see some behind-the-scenes snaps from the family soon.
