The backlash Richie Strahan and his leading lady Alex Nation have received since The Bachelor finale has this year’s Bachelorette Georgia Love ‘frightened’.
Speaking to the Daily Telegraph, Love, 28 said: ‘To have Australia tell them that they are wrong or that they shouldn’t feel that way about each other is truly awful and it has frightened me a bit as to what any reaction to my series might be.
‘I actually felt really hurt on their behalf.’
Love is following the footsteps of radio host and first bachelorette, Sam Frost, who was famously dumped by Bachelor Blake Garvey after he proposed.
Spilling the beans on the reality show this week, Frost revealed what we saw on TV was all fake.
Sam seemingly indicated the newest Bachelorette needs to be prepared to pretend to be interested in the contenders.
‘I felt it straight away with Sash – and I turned into a nervous wreck,’ Sam told Mia Freedman on No Filter.
