Bindi Irwin has posted a touching tribute to her parents; mum Terri, and her late father Steve, on what would have been their wedding anniversary. The statement comes amid mounting talk she is set to make an announcement about her own future with partner Chandler Powell.

The young star, who was only eight years old when her beloved dad passed away unexpectedly in 2006, marked the wedding date of the couple, who got hitched back in 1992, with a very personal message.
‘Happy Anniversary to my beautiful parents,’ she wrote. ‘Your love is everlasting and shines brighter each and every day.’
Bindi has never made any secret of her deep admiration of her parents’ marriage, and the heartfelt message comes amid reports that Bindi, 20 is thinking about her own future, despite her young age.
‘I think it’s really lovely when people ask about it,’ says Bindi of the interest surrounding her plans.
‘It actually … means a lot because people are so supportive and caring.’
While there have been plenty of headlines about a possible announcement, Bindi says she’s not keeping anything under her hat.
‘I keep saying to everyone, “I promise you, if and when we do get engaged and married, I will not keep it a secret”.
‘I will be yelling from the rooftops going, “Oh, my goodness! This is so exciting!” I swear to everyone out there I will tell you if and when it happens.’
