Meghan Markle has hired Michael Jackson’s former bodyguard to learn self-defence.
According to The Sun, the 36-year-old bride-to-be will take lessons from British martial arts expert Matt Fiddes.
“Meghan will be trained in many different areas, including what public places she should avoid, what she should do if she was ever approached and attacked in public and how to release herself from a situation like that,” said a source.
Fiddes will reportedly head to LA where Markle is spending time with her mum Doria before Christmas.
