The Duchess of Cornwall left the Duke and Duchess of Sussex high and dry yesterday, pulling out of visiting Field of Remembrance at Westminster Abbey for Remembrance Day.

A spokeswoman for Clarence House informed Express.co.uk that the wife of Prince Charles had been suffering from a chest infection that has become more severe over the last few days.

“The Duchess of Cornwall has been told by her doctor to cancel her engagements owing to a chest infection which has got progressively worse over the last few days.”
According to Express.co.uk, Camilla is said to be incredibly disappointed to miss the Remembrance Day service, as she was also forced to pull out from another engagement yesterday night.

Camilla was scheduled to attend the gala dinner at the London Library – where she is a Vice-Patron – to celebrate the 200th birthday of Prince Albert.
However, the hard-working Royal was made to stay at home and rest.
Yesterday, Meghan Markle stepped out in a chic navy ensemble alongside Prince Harry to honour British war heroes at Westminster Abbey’s Field of Remembrance in London.

The former Suits actress looked chic in a navy coat, cinched at the waist by a leather belt. She matched it perfectly with black Victoria Beckham boots and a navy, velvet hat with an elegant veil detail by famed Irish designer Philip Treacy.
