Some of us wake up looking utterly lovely. Some of us (such as myself) do not.
This means that if we want to look good and feel confident makeup is required. The unfortunate thing about that is I often have neither the enthusiasm or the time.
Watch Kelly Baker show you how to create an effortless look in under three minutes.
There is good news however and that is there are makeup routines that will have you looking fresh and pretty and in very little time at all. Here’s how to choose which one will work for you.
Firstly, you need to take a good honest look at yourself. What’s the first thing you see that concerns you?
Are your eyes a little red and tired? Do you have dark circles?
Or, like me, is your crazy curly hair your biggest issue?
Once you’ve decided which is your main concern focus on that. If you improve that one area you will look and feel a million per cent better I promise.
If it’s a small area this will take no more than one or two minutes. And yet the impact will be dramatic. I promise.
Red, tired eyes need a couple of quality eye drops. Under eye circles an excellent concealer patted on with a fingertip, blended and pressed into the skin. Even the most unruly of hair can be whipped into a low ponytail for a classic, sophisticated look.

If you have another minute (and a little more enthusiasm) you have time for mascara – which will make the world of difference.
I recommend you use the blackest black for the most impact. Remember to apply from the very base of the lashes to the tips, wiggling the applicator brush as you go.
When you’re finished, add a little more to the very outside corner lashes for a pretty doe-eyed look.

Still have 30 seconds spare?
Tinted moisturiser is your friend. Apply it to the nose and spread out and down from there. Add a touch to your forehead.
A dab of coloured lip balm and you are a whole new (and gorgeous) person. See, it’s that easy! If you fancy a full-face three-minute routine, watch our Beauty Hacks video.
It’s super fast and very, very easy plus uses beauty products you will already have at home.
