Hundreds of people reportedly attended the One Fine Baby event in Sydney on Saturday – but it seems only a handful of them bothered to see key speaker Michelle Bridges.
The Biggest Loser host was pictured addressing an almost-empty room over the weekend.
Apparently not even the offer of free tickets could lure crowds, who attended the event to pick up parenting and lifestyle tips.
Michelle – there to present a keynote speech that was originally priced at $49 per person – was seen addressing the tiny group of attendees which tallied to no more than 35 guests.
The Daily Mail is reporting tickets to the event ended up going for free as organisers failed to gain interest.
Michelle herself was even forced to gather guests, taking to Instagram just prior to the event in an attempt to rally troops.
‘Looking forward to meeting you all at #onefinebaby. Jump onto my website to grab yourself a chance to win a couple of tix to hear me talk at either event,’ she posted.
Insiders fear Michelle has been left humiliated over the ordeal, after newspapers picked up on the story this morning, only a week after reports she may not be asked back to The Biggest Loser. The unfortunate run of events inevitably has some questioning whether the star’s appeal might be waning – but we doubt Michelle is too upset – with her multi-million fitness empire still raking in the big bucks.
