In just eight weeks, handsome actor Dan Ewing has shed 10kg – and turned flab into amazing abs!
It’s a stunning transformation for the star, who piled on the kilos after announcing his separation from wife Marni several months ago.
The dad-of-one – who returns to Home And Away as Summer Bay bad boy Heath Braxton next week – took refuge in comfort food, and before long, a bottle of red wine, cheese and crackers became a constant during lonely nights at home.
‘It was a result of stress and over-eating, for sure,’ reflects Dan, now a lean, fit 84kg. ‘I didn’t feel good about myself and just got into bad habits with my nutrition.
‘Our marriage break-up was a huge part of it,’ admits the basketball fanatic.
