You can always count on The Block for some drama.
On Monday night’s episode, professional house flippers Mitch and Mark had their timber delivered bright and early on a Monday after placing the order on a Sunday – much to the dismay of fellow contestants.

“Yeah, I saw that Mitre 10 truck rock up at like 7, 7.30. And I’m like, ‘wow how good is Mitre 10?’” said fellow contestant Matt. “They’re amazing, so quick on delivery.”
Matt was quick to confront Mark as he began to haul the timber into his home.
“When did you order that?” said a peeved Matt.
“Magic…yesterday,” Mark said jokingly.
Matt then went on to question whether or not that was indeed allowed, to which Mark said: “Yeah … no-one said we couldn’t”.
“It’s not right, you can’t just be working ahead, it should be an even playing field for everyone,” said a furious Matt.
“It’s a massive leg-up, huge leg-up. I thought that’s cheating, you’re bloody cheating, you can’t just ring ahead and think this is fair.”
Host Scott Cam later confirmed that nobody had cheated, and everything was “kept it all above board”.
