Her fans were eagerly anticipating her headlining set at Saturday’s V Festival in Essex, UK.
However things didn’t exactly go according to plan for the Just Like A pill singer.
According to a source for The Sun, the 37-year-old encountered disaster when a stunt-gone-wrong lead to a fire on the stage.
And whilst Pink charged through her set as planned, the small fire – which was quickly put out by festival staff members – seemed to have an impact, with the mum of two later on admitting she’d forgotten the lyrics to her latest hit What about us.
An audience member told The Sun: ‘The fire started when a firework went off and hit the top of the stage.
It started off small but then kept growing until a bloke climbed up to the top to put it out. It was really worrying at one point but Pink just kept singing’.
