Congratulations to Megan Gale and fiancé Shaun Hampson who have welcomed their second child, a baby girl.
The Australian model announced the happy news on Instagram, alongside a touching photo of their newborn’s tiny hand wrapped Shaun’s finger, whilst Megan and their three-year-old son, River put their hands protectively on top.
“WHEN 3 BECOMES 4,” the 42-year-old wrote.
“Sweet little soul. You are already so blessed.”
Revealing that her precious bundle was born “healthy as can be” earlier this week, Megan revealed the whole family is already totally in love their new addition.
“A big brother that is already so attentive and protective, (who has also handled all these big changes like a boss) a Dad who is so smitten with you and that you already have firmly wrapped around your little finger.”
“And myself, who’s been so lucky to have carried you in my belly for 9 months and to have had the pleasure and privilege of birthing you into this world (and can I just say .. we nailed it kid).
“I’m so committed to being the absolute best mother, friend and role model for you. Thank you for choosing me to be your Mama, my darling girl”.
The happy news may be something of a good luck charm for AFL player, Shaun, as his team the Richmond Tigers, take on Adelaide in the AFL Grand Final in just a few hours.
