Married at First Sight’s Nicole has dropped a bombshell on Instagram, posing for a photo with Jono from season two.
‘New friends and new adventures #believeeverythingyouread,’ she captioned the photo.
Following the end of season three, Nicole decided she didn’t want to continue her ‘marriage’ with Keller.
‘While we connected on a lot of levels – like we could have a good laugh together, and we have similar morals and values – there were just some behaviours that I couldn’t get past,’ she told The Fix after the final episode aired.
As for Jonno, he married Clare Verrall in season two and allegedly re-triggered her PTSD.
But Clare doesn’t appear to have any hard feelings.
‘You guys look cute together,’ she wrote on Instagram.
She added: ‘Even though I assume this is a MAFS alumni catch up. @nicoleheir you have @jonopitman19 & I’ll have @keller____ (jokes). Jono is a good guy, just not the one for me.’
‘Good to see Jono looking so happy.’
Fans, on the other hand, weren’t as excited about the prospect of Nicole and Jono as a couple.
‘Yuuuuuck! What are you doing?!’ wrote one person on Instagram.
Another wrote: ‘God, he was a d**khead. I still remember so vividly how he treated Clare!’
