She has possibly the most OTT wardrobes in celeb history, having given fans sneak peeks on MTV Cribs and 20/20 with Barbara Walters in the past.
And Mariah Carey has once again let cameras in to her jaw dropping walk-in-closet…but this time she’s let her six-year-old twins Monroe and Moroccan steal the spotlight.
Yesterday Vogue posted a video showing the 47-year-old diva’s twins playing up to the camera as they filmed inside her 12,000 square foot Tribeca penthouse apartment in New York.
And it seems Mariah’s love of designer fashion has been passed on to her kids. When asked by the songstress if he knew what designer an item of clothing was Moroccan chirped: ‘It’s called Balmain’ .
‘I have nothing to say or do to intervene, okay? It just is what it is,’ the 47-year-old diva says of her energetic offspring.
The singer also told the story about how she started a trend for jeans with the waistband cut off.
‘One day I was with my stylist the late Tonjua Twist and we were doing a shoot and I hated the way the jeans were so high waisted.
‘She cut a little bit of them and then we both ripped the top off of the jeans,’ she said of the look she sported in her Heartbreaker video in 1999
