Keeping Up With The Kardashians star Kourtney Kardashian has been open on the reality TV show about her journey to inner peace and mental stability in the frivolous world of Hollywood.
However, the latest trailer for KUWTK shows a distressed Kourt breaking down in tears and admitting that she is ‘anxious’ about her upcoming 40th birthday.

In the clip, the founder of lifestyle website Poosh is seen sitting down with sister Khloe Kardashian, as they chat about the mum-of-three reaching the milestone birthday.
“I do think that turning 40 like it almost makes you analyze like where you’re at in your life,” Kourtney tells Khloe.
The devoted mother is seen getting visibly emotional as she opens up about wanting more time with her three children, Mason, 9, Penelope, 7 and Reign, 4.
“Now that I’m doing Poosh, I just always wish I had more time.
“I feel like I want to cry,” she said.
When the Good American founder asked her sister why, Kourtney reveals: “It gives me anxiety.”
“Sometimes I’m like I’ll just do stupid s— to like distract from really thinking about stuff that is maybe more important. I don’t know. But then half of me is like, ‘Live your life, have fun.’”
The reality star shares three children with ex Scott Disick, and rumour has it she has signed on to star alongside sisters Khloe and Kim Kardashian, and Kendall and Kylie Jenner for another season of the hit show, after showing some initial reluctance.
