Karl Stefanovic and fiancé Jasmine Yarbrough are reportedly planning a lavish Mexico wedding in December – just months after their intimate commitment ceremony.
The 43-year-old Today host’s plans were reported by the Herald Sun, who adds that the same twenty guests who attended the commitment ceremony are also on the short list for invites to the main ceremony.
Among the guests were the bride-to-be’s sister Jade and parents Cheryl and Bob, as well as Stefanovic’s brother Peter and wife Sylvia Jeffreys and some of his Channel Nine colleagues.
The report claims the pair may hold their nuptials at billionaire James Packer’s new waterfront home.
Packer owns a new waterfront home in the beautiful area of Cabo, Mexico, and while he’s a friend of Stefanovic, it’s not confirmed if he will play a part in the big day.
The popular TV host recently defended his relationship with the 34-year-old designer.
‘I’m in love and I’m sorry if that causes anyone hurt. But I won’t be apologising to my nearest and dearest because I don’t need to,’ Karl told The Kyle and Jackie O Show.
The Herald Sun’s report also adds that Stefanovic is paying his ex-wife Cassandra Thorburn $35,000 a month following their highly public divorce.
Stefanovic and Thorburn share three children – Jackson, 18, Ava, 13, and River, 11.
Neither one of them have confirmed these claims.
