They’ve rekindled their friendship following his messy split from Angelina Jolie. But Brad Pitt has now taken his reconnection with Jennifer Aniston to the next level by introducing her to his kids.
When Jen popped round to Brad’s LA pad to drop off a gift, the 54 year old had company, in the form of four out of six of his children with Ange.
And the spontaneous meeting couldn’t have gone better, with insiders telling US publication In Touch today that ‘it was a momentous day.’
According to the source, Jen only met Zahara, 13, Sholih, 11 and twins Vivienne and Knox, nine, as Maddox, 16 and Pax, 14 were out with friends, but it was still a very special occasion.
“The kids knew who Jen was and were familiar with her from TV and magazine photos, but they treated her like a normal friend of their father’s” spilled the source.
However, the cosy meet-up is said to have left their mother, Angelina furious.
“Of course the kids went right home and told Angelina about meeting ‘that lady Jennifer’ and, as expected, she went ballistic.
‘She immediately left word with Brad that she was furious, telling a close friend, ‘Brad’s gone too far!’”
However, it appears Jen – who is closer than ever to her ex since their split in 2005 – was quite smitten with the children.
“Jen was taken by how kind, well mannered and unaffected they seemed,” continued In Touch‘s source.
“She especially got a kick out of Knox, who is the spitting image of a young Brad.”
And now, those close to the stars are saying that the impromptu get together may be the first of many.
