Fifty Shades Of Grey was the book turned movie franchise that took the world by storm due to it’s portrayal of the taboo topic of S&M relationships. Love it or hate it, it’s captured the attention of millions. But fans have been left devastated as Jamie Dornan, who plays sexy billionaire Christian Grey, shared an announcement about his role in series going forward.
Sadly, the Irish actor will not be returning to film a fourth instalment should the final book, Grey, be picked up by studios.
“We have done two movies back to back now, and I’m actually finished with it,” he reportedly told The Sun. “I’ve done Fifty Shades forever.”
Jamie continued saying, “I move on very fast in my mind. As much as from the outside people think you are synonymous with one character, but I’m very much like, ‘Right, that’s done’ and move on to the next project and worry about that character.”
We still have two more movies, Fifty Shades Darker and Fifty Shades Freed, to enjoy before we farewell Mr Grey forever.
