It’s rose thorns at 10 paces as Bachelor contestants Rachael and Alex take their simmering feud to a whole new level!
After bringing Alex to tears by suggesting Nikki was clearly going to win and Alex would be better off at home with her five-year-old son, Racheal has made it clear she sees Alex as her number one nemesis in the competition.
‘I’m really p***ed off,’ said Rachael on learning Alex would join all the girls on a group date after enjoying a single date with the Bachelor. ‘She needs a bit of a break… a Richie-and-Alex break.’
For her part, Alex is keeping her eyes on the prize – winning Richie’s heart – saying, ‘I’m just going to go with what I feel and follow my heart and I don’t buy into [Rachael’s] tactics and games.’
Pulling out all the stops while on a tactile, chocolate-fuelled date, Alex immediately cemented her status as a frontrunner in the dating competition.
‘We just fit together so well. We really do get along so well, we’re in tune, we’re on the same wavelength,’ says Richie of the mum-of-one. ‘The chemistry is out of control.’
Coming off her single-date high, Alex said she was ‘quickly brought back to reality’.
‘It’s not just you and him, it’s seven other girls still,’ she said.
And Rachael’s not going to let Alex forget it!
‘I just hate losing, I hate it,’ says Rachael.
