Yesterday morning, Aussie singer Cody Simpson was caught slamming his girlfriend Miley Cyrus, while chatting on the phone to a friend.

Now, in an attempt to make up for his embarrassing transgressions, the 22-year-old took to Instagram to gush about the Bangerz singer, calling her his “archangel and best mate”.
“Miss you every second,” the Australian singer wrote in his post.
“Home tomorrow and so, so glad,” Cody finished the post.
Simpson was in Sydney for The Masked Singer Australia finale, where he shocked fans of the show by revealing it was he that was underneath the robot costume.
The loving Instagram post comes after Cody was overheard complaining about his relationship with Miley while taking a dip at Sydney’s iconic Andrew Boy Charlton Pool, calling the situation “sh*tty”.
“We had a weird one yesterday… not really an argument but she kind of shut down,” Cody was heard telling a friend.
“Yeah, it was kind of s**tty, but whatever.”
According to the Daily Mail, Cody was also heard saying that his fellow Australian had very much taken Liam Hemsworth’s side in the split.
“I’m copping s**t here because of [her] exes. You know, her husband is Australian.”
