Every reality show needs a drama, and viewers of The Voice got one last night, when pop legend Boy George stormed off stage in a four-letter fury, after a clash with a contestant.

With George, Delta Goodrem, Guy Sebastian and Kelly Rowland all turning their chairs for busker turned pop hopeful Daniel Shaw, the Culture Club singer started by asking him if he could play the guitar.

‘I can play guitar but no one really cares if I play guitar,’ Daniel replied, somewhat rudely.

The reaction clearly annoyed George, who fired back, ‘No one cares? I do. I think after that comment go with Delta.

‘No one cares if I play guitar? What a weird thing to say.’

With Guy attempting to win Daniel’s favour, George stormed off set, with a producer in hot pursuit.

‘F*** off, don’t follow me,” George snapped. ‘I’m annoyed. He turns around and goes to me, “Who cares if I play guitar?” That’s not cool. I’m not going back. F**k off.’

Will George return? You’ll have to tune in to the next episode to find out – of course.
