Meghan Markle‘s engagement ring is again the centre of controversy, with claims that she ‘hated’ the ring, according to a US report.

The duchess stepped out at the Trooping of The Colour with a completely redesigned version of her ring, originally designed by husband Prince Harry.
The former design featured a thick yellow gold band with three diamonds from his mother Princess Diana’s collection.
Yet the ring has now been reset with a thinner diamond studded micro pave band and the Duke is reportedly not happy.
“There’s no denying that Harry was offended when Meghan told him she was planning to update the ring,” a source told US publication Star.
“He put so much thought and effort into the design and didn’t understand why she wanted to change it.”
Adding fuel to the fire, the ring is ‘almost identical’ to the one ex-husband Trevor Engelson gave her.
“It’s not sitting well with Harry since he found out about the similarities afterwards. He feels humiliated and can’t get his head around why she’d want any reminders of Trevor. Harry’s trying to bite his tongue, but who knows how much longer he’ll be able to keep it up,” tattled the source.
