Since the arrival of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle‘s first child, Archie Harrison, royal baby fever has sparked an onslaught of rumours that another addition to the House of Windsor could be happening sooner than expected.
Last month, reports surfaced claiming Kate Middleton – already mum to Prince George, Princess Charlotte and Prince Louis – was gearing up to announce her fourth pregnancy.
“Catherine would like another baby – she loves children and is prepared to put herself through another pregnancy even though they have been complicated in the past,” a source told the Daily Mail.
Speaking to New Idea, another source revealed: “Kate has seen the bond between George and Charlotte and thinks it would be lovely if Louis had a sister closer to his age.”

But after months of speculation and a lot of busy days at the bookmakers, the Duchess of Cambridge seemed to finally clarify matters on her recent royal trip to Northern Ireland.
During a walkabout in Ballymena, County Antrim, 37-year-old Kate chatted with new dad Alan Barr and his five-month-old James, Express.co.uk reports.
Royal correspondent Robert Jobson tweeted about the conversation which involved Alan asking the Duchess if she was ready for “baby number four?”
Amused, Kate shut down the idea replying: “I think William would be a little worried!”
On Monday, the Cambridges were notably absent when President Donald Trump and his wife Melania arrived at Buckingham Palace.
The Trumps were greeted by Her Majesty the Queen, Prince Charles and Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall.
New parents the Duke and Duchess of Sussex were also nowhere to be seen with Meghan still on official maternity leave.
Despite what some might view as a frosty reception from the Cambridge’s, William and Kate did join Mr and Mrs Trump, Queen Elizabeth and British Prime Minister Theresa May at the state banquet on Monday evening.
