Earlier this week, New Idea exclusively revealed that Married At First Sight star Tracey Jewel had brutally dumped her boyfriend Sean Thomsen in favour of her ‘TV husband’ Dean Wells.
Now, bombshell text messages have exposed how Tracey desperately begged the self-confessed alpha-male to take her back, allegedly while she was still in a relationship with Thomsen.
The text exchanged, obtained by Daily Mail, allegedly occurred on April 18.
A screenshot of the text messages shows the 35-year-old mother telling Dean: ‘Can I text you something you promise never to show anyone…You’ve really got under my skin the past few days’.
40-year-old Dean responds: ‘Awww oh well. Too bad you broke up with me at the final vows’, adding a laughing emoji.
Tracey then writes back: ‘Is it too late? I’m only going to ask once.’
Dean shuts down This Goddess Means Business writer, stating: ‘Tracey… you know that boat has sailed babe. I wanna be friends and I care about u a lot but that boat has sailed babe’.
‘Please keep this between us, promise?’ Tracey concludes.
In an exclusive interview this week, Tracey revealed she couldn’t stop thinking about her former ‘husband’ Dean.
‘I hear what he’s up to – it’s hard not to,’ she spills.
‘I’m sure he’ll be happy to hear about this break-up. I reckon he will [call me].’
‘Dean will always have a soft spot in my heart and who knows?’
‘The way me and Dean ended things, you never say never. Some couples can take a break and have some space and come back.
‘I’m ready and I know what I want.’
Tracey, who gained widespread support for dumping Dean during Channel Nine’s social experiment, has since publicly announced she regrets her decision.
