A fierce rivalry has formed between Married At First Sight brides Domenica and Olivia after an explosive turn of events.

During the whirlwind fourth Commitment Ceremony, we saw things come to a head between the two after an outraged Olivia weighed in on Domenica’s lack of tact with Carolina.
“You just have to hate somebody,” Olivia told a stunned Dom. “You just have to pick on somebody.”
Continuing in a piece-to-camera, Olivia said: “I don’t know who made Dom holier than thou, but she’s not the Queen of everything – she’s not Queen B in this experiment.”

The pair continued to go back and forth, with Olivia calling Dom a “bully”, prompting Dom to question: “So I’m the bully because I spoke up?”
“I won’t stand for being called a bully when I just voiced my opinion,” Dom said in a piece-to-camera. “What Olivia said to me was the worst possible thing anyone could ever say to me.”
“If that’s the way she wants to play, let it happen. I’m not here to make friends with other people and I’m not here to make friends with d**kheads.”

While the night ended there, tensions between the two brides finally hit a fever pitch during the Couples Retreat, after Olivia took further aim at Dom.
Telling Dom that she needs to choose her words carefully and that she was sick of hearing her voice, Olivia struck a nerve and Dom smashed her wine glass on the table in frustration.
“My entire f***ing life I’ve been f***ing told that my voice isn’t f***ing enough!” Dom said, before breaking down into tears and walking away.

After the dust settled and Domenica was able to reflect on the situation, she expressed deep regret and apologised to the group for her actions. But Olivia wasn’t quick to forgive.
“The apology. It felt so fake and rehearsed and shallow,” Olivia told the camera after making snide comments towards Dom all night.
And it appears the two will continue to clash at the next Dinner Party, so it’s safe to say their feud will earn a firm spot in the MAFS history books.

As for how the two brides are feeling about each other in real-time, it seems there’s no love lost between them at all.
“I really wanted to stay out of the drama, but nobody was calling Domenica out,” Olivia told TV WEEK. “Other people had enough drama in their relationships that they didn’t want to get involved with her, but I couldn’t stomach it anymore.”
Domenica also told the publication that she doesn’t think Olivia is a “very nice person at all”, adding: “Hiding her real personality behind a wholesome facade came crashing down after a few weeks into the experiment.”
