On Sunday night’s episode of Married At First Sight, Matthew Bennett, 29 revealed to his bride Lauren Huntriss, 31, that he was still a virgin.
On Monday night the cameras showed the couple wake up naked in the same bed together.
“So did you guys get into any funny business?” asked one of the producers.
“No no, funny business,” said Matthew sheepishly as he explained that no cuddling or kissing had gone on.
“He just didn’t feel comfortable yet,” added Lauren.
According to the Daily Mail, the couple do consummate their marriage later on in the series, but their relationship does not last.
‘Their wedding may have gone smoothly but things went sour after they sealed the deal,’ a source told the website.
