Deborah Knight has confirmed that she is moving into a TV new role!
After successfully filling in on Today after Lisa Wilkinson’s shock exit, Knight will now present the evening news in Sydney on Friday and Saturday evenings.
But that’s not all the journalist will be working on in 2018.
Knight will fill in for new Today host Georgie Gardner when she joins next year, as well as the show’s newsreader Sylvia Jeffreys.
She will also cover for Today Extra’s Sonia Kruger and occasionally report for A Current Affair.
