Tattoos are incredibly popular in Australia with research showing almost half of us have one, a third of us have two or three and about 15 per cent of us have a staggering four to nine! Clearly, we like our ink.

The figures bear it out – Aussies are mad for ink. And, we reckon those numbers will only go up when word of this sweet new tattoo trend hits the street. The trend exactly – delicate, fine, teeny, tiny tattoos that are both whimsical and romantic.
Celebrities in the US are driving the trend, but regular folk, in particular women, make up the vast majority of customers. There are also couples who are getting matching versions of this style of tattoo so that they can feel closer to one another. See! You want one right?
