She’s a grown-up 52 years old and sexy as hell.
Yes, Salma Hayek is undeniably sizzling and a couple of grey strands aren’t going to change that – no way, no how.
Unlike many Hollywood A-Listers who never allow the public to see images of themselves looking anything but perfect, Salma had no qualms posting a pic to Instagram in which a handful of white hairs were plainly visible against her natural black locks.
Not only was Salma perfectly comfortable with the greys she pointed them out to her 8.9 million followers and declared herself to be proud.
“Proud of my white hair,” she wrote.
She then repeated the same statement but in her native Spanish.
The post very quickly went viral clocking up more than 400K likes and attracting almost 4500 comments, many which were from fellow celebrities.
“Gorgeous lady,” wrote Jessica Simpson.
“You are stunning,” posted Lenny Kravitz.
Her regular fans were thrilled also.
“I’m so proud of you,” wrote one.
“You don’t hesitate to show everyone who you really are. You’re not trying to be perfect for everyone. I love you my angel. You’re as beautiful as ever.”
And we have to agree.
