Buckle up for the most controversial season ever of Married At First Sight.
The relationship reality series revealed this year’s line-up of brides and grooms and, yep, amongst the bunch is a 29-year-old virgin.
Meet Matthew, he’s a videographer from Queensland’s Sunshine Coast and he’s never been physical with a woman.
According to the suitor’s bio, he grew up on a farm in a very private family who kept to themselves, so during his younger years, he never interacted with many people.
Matthew was badly bullied as a teenager and has struggled with self-confidence ever since.
Keen to build his self-esteem, he has focused on self-development, part of which is facing his fears. This is why he has decided to step out of his comfort zone by marrying a complete stranger.
He’s also learning to sing and may find the courage to serenade his bride on their wedding day.
Who will the experts pair Matthew with? And will he finally lose his virginity on national television?
Married At First Sight starts January 28.
