It’s all happening on Home and Away. Riddled with an overwhelming sense of failure and facing jail time over drug charges, a despondent Ben (Rohan Nichol) is clearly sinking into a darker headspace.
Home and Away: Maggie has Ben’s back no matter what
‘Ben’s always been so dependable,’ says Rohan. ‘His commitment to his family has been obvious and he’s always tried to be the best he knows how to be.’
Now, however, Ben’s behaviour is giving his wife Maggie (Kestie Morassi) and daughter Ziggy more and more cause for concern.
‘Ben’s feeling pretty hopeless and worthless,’ reveals Rohan.
Will Maggie and Ziggy be able to pull Ben back from the brink of despair?

This comes as Bella’s family and friends have been rallying round her, but the trauma of Tommy’s (Adam Sollis) assault is far from over for Bella.
Each day has become a struggle for the teenager, and it seems nobody can say or do anything to help her.
Certainly, when an anguished Bella admits to Colby that she can’t stop thinking – or even dreaming – about what happened, he feels at a loss to alleviate her pain. But Colby’s subsequent attempts to support his sister leave the police officer feeling even more helpless.
Bella is really struggling,’ says Courtney. ‘But rather than reaching out, she’s trying to shut herself off from everyone.’
