Tom Hiddleston is no stranger to action movies, having played Loki in the Thor. Is he, however, up for playing James Bond?
According to several news outlets, Hiddleston is in talks to take over the role from current Bond, Daniel Craig.
If Hiddleston does get the role, he will follow a number of legendary actors who have played Bond in previous films including Sean Connery, David Niven, George Lazenby, Roger Moore, Timothy Dalton, and Pierce Brosnan.
Director of Spectre and Skyfall Shaun Mendes has stated that the actor who does capture the role “will not be what you expect.”
Mendes has also confirmed that he will not direct the upcoming film after working on the previous two.
