It’s been almost three years since the fatal car accident that claimed her father’s life. Now, Meadow Walker has announced her excitement to be honouring Paul Walker’s legacy at an awards ceremony this weekend.
In a rare post to Instagram, Meadow sits on a beach looking out onto the ocean.
“Excited to honor my dad’s legacy at our @PaulWalkerFdn Ocean Leadership Award Presentation @MontereyBayAquarium this Saturday.” reads the Instagram post, “We’ll be presenting a scholarship to Meg Kikkeri and acknowledging @AdrianGrenier’s work with his @LonelyWhale Foundation! #dogood,” she wrote.
Meadow started the Paul Walker Foundation, which focuses on funding marine science research, last year on her father’s birthday. According to DM Online, she said she started the foundation “to share that piece of him with the world.”
