She was left heartbroken after Richie Strahan chose Alex Nation over her.
But Nikki Grogan has revealed she is glad the recent Bachelor did not pick her.
The 28-year-old told WHO magazine, ‘I’m supposed to be with somebody else. It will all make sense to me someday.’
She added, ‘There were moments of, “Why me? Why couldn’t this be my time?” I do know there will be a time in my life when I look back and realise, “That’s why this happened – so something else can fall into place”.
‘I really, really believe everything happens for a reason. I can’t wait to find out what that reason is.’
The blonde beauty also said on The Project that she wishes Richie and Alex all the best.
‘They’re two young people in love and that’s a beautiful thing,’ she said. ‘I’m sure that once the nation gets over the shock, they’ll start backing the beautiful couple they are 100 per cent.’
