The Aussie actress is usually primped and preened to within an inch of her life, however the 50-year-old Oscar winner stepped out on the set of new movie Goldfinch looking a world away from her glam self.
The Big Little Lies star donned a grey wig, facial prosthetics and a baggy blue coat to complete her look.
Goldfinch is based on the 2013 Pulitzer-winning book by Donna Tartt, with the plot revolving around Theo Decker, who miraculously survives a bombing at the Metropolitan Museum of Art that killed his mother.
Nicole plays the role of Mrs Barbour, a wealthy socialite who takes in Theo after he is orphaned.
