After being at the centre of one of this year’s biggest splits, Liam Hemsworth is reportedly taking stock of his life and surrounding himself with his support network – including gorgeous Delta Goodrem.

Just 11 days after announcing his shock separation from Miley Cyrus, the 29-year-old officially filed for divorce. The former Disney star is said to be shocked by the quick move.
Liam has hired hotshot celebrity divorce lawyer Laura Wasser – the attorney, who has previously represented stars including Heidi Klum and Ashton Kutcher – who has filed the official divorce papers on Liam’s behalf citing “irreconcilable differences”.
As The Hunger Games star looks to make a clean break from his old life, Liam is said to even be contemplating packing up his Hollywood home for a “fresh start” in Australia. “Liam has really been thinking long and hard about coming back home,” says a source.
“It will do him good to be away from the Hollywood scene and Miley’s network.”
As the actor copes with the messy relationship fallout, he’s found camaraderie among his family and friends. In particular, the source says Liam has been leaning on long-time pal, Delta Goodrem. “They go way back,” the source says of their catch-ups. “They’ve spoken a fair bit recently.”
A move home could be a chance for Liam to spend more time with Delta, and while the singer is in a happy relationship with musician Matthew Copley, she may be meeting up in secret with Liam for dates to offer advice and support just as a concerned friend, as she too has endured public break-ups.
“He just wants to surround himself with people like Delta, people who make him feel good about himself and have good energy,” the source explains.
