Kerri-Anne Kennelly celebrated her husband John’s 76th birthday yesterday in hospital.
Sharing a picture on Instagram, the couple were all smiles with cake and balloons.
‘Hip Hip Hooray it’s John’s birthday today,’ she wrote on Instagram.
The post comes after Kerri-Anne and John celebrated their 32nd wedding anniversary together.
‘We have had a wonderful 32 years together,’ she wrote. ‘Can’t wait until he comes home at the end of the year’.
John has been in hospital since March with spinal cord injuries after he fell off a balcony, severely damaging his C3 and C4 vertebrae and slightly damaged his C2.
Making great progress, John should be home by the end of the year.
