Long flight? Karl Stefanovic looks glum as he arrives in London for the Royal wedding

He didn’t seem to be in a celebratory mood!

He’s in London for the wedding of the century but Today show host Karl Stefanovic looked… well… a little bit glum as he touched down in London on Sunday ahead of Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s nuptials.

The normally-perky Channel Nine star, 43, made his way through the arrivals area of Heathrow Airport looking downcast and sporting a somewhat creased blue jacket.

It’s a situation that many may well sympathise with, however, as Karl had no doubt just endured a long haul flight lasting several hours.

The Daily Mail claimed Karl flew first class on the flight – a perk that many travellers can only dream about.

Prior to his trip, Karl posted on Instagram – sharing a photo of himself and fiancé Jasmine Yarbrough in front of a beautiful sunset on Saturday.

‘Here’s to love laughter and light. And sunsets in the West,’ he wrote, tagging Jasmine in the post.

After touching down in London, Karl wheeled his own luggage to a waiting car – failing to raise a smile as he walked through the airport terminal.

His appearance came as it was reported he’s planning to wed Jasmine in November this year.
