Good Charlotte rocker Joel Madden has paid tribute to his wife on Instagram for her birthday.
‘Best Mom, Best Friend, Best Wife. Happy Birthday Nicole, You keep us all laughing,’ he captioned the picture.
Madden also shared a picture of Nicole walking a horse while wearing a gold dress.
The birthday post comes after Madden credited his wife for helping him overcome a broken home.
Speaking to People earlier this year, Madden said: ‘When you grow up in a broken home, there’s something about finally find love and security in your family.’
He added: ’I give my wife a lot of credit. She’s an incredible partner and really supportive.’
Richie and Madden have two children – Harlow Madden, Sparrow Madden – together.
