They’re this season’s most-talked-about team with navy man Rob ruffling feathers since day one while wife Rose attempts to keep the peace.
And it seems there’s more to the couple’s relationship than first thought.
The parents of three have a huge age gap between them – 11 years to be exact!
Rose was just 21 when the couple met in a Brisbane pub…and Rob reveals he lied about his age in order to woo the pretty accountant.
‘We were both out one night and saw each other from across the room,’ Rob tells New Idea.
‘Being the mature people we were, we poked our tongues out at each other! I couldn’t resist, so I went over and had a chat to her. I told her I was a little younger than I was at the time!’
