Home and Away actress and mental health advocate Sam Frost has announced via her social media that she will be one of the guest speakers for Women Who Wine, an event where women are invited to hear a panel of inspirational ladies speak about their journey to success.

The Australian television personality has been open about her struggles with mental health in the past, speaking honestly about her rocky road to Summer Bay.
The former reality TV star started out on the second season of the Bachelor, only to be publicly dumped by Blake Garvey.
Then Sam became Australia’s first Bachelorette falling for Sasha Mielczarek, only to go through another public breakup while also leaving behind her radio career.
The Home and Away star now plays Jasmine Delaney on the Channel Seven soap and has also co-launched her website Believe by Sam Frost with her sister.
Taking to Instagram, 30-year-old Sam announced that she would be heading back to her home town to speak at Women Who Wine.
“So excited to be heading back to my home town for Women Who Wine,” wrote the reality star, “@rachel_staggard You’re a legend. I love what you are doing for women in our community.”

The official Instagram account of Women Who Wine also made their own announcement on their social media pages, praising the former reality TV alum for her incredible strides in mental health advocacy.
“You may recognise Sam from the Bachelor/Bachelorette and Home & Away but it is Sam and her sister Kristine’s most recent project that caught my attention,” the post began.
“I cannot wait to have you speak I could not think of a better person to light up the room, help empower and inspire myself & the women there.”
