Another musical lawsuit is about to break, and with the memory of Robin Thicke’s loss to the Marvin Gaye estate over the song “Blurred Lines” still fresh in our minds.
Songwriters Martin Harrington and Thomas Leonard are suing Ed Sheeran for USD $20 million, alleging that the British singer’s 2014 hit “Photograph” was stolen from their 2009 song “Amazing.”
Harrington and Leonard have even called in representation from the attorney who won USD $7million on behalf of Marvin Gaye’s family against Robin Thicke and Pharrell Williams in March 2015.
