Former Home and Away star Ben Unwin has tragically passed away at age 41.
The actor, who played Jesse McGregor on the hit Channel Seven soap, reportedly died last week.
The death has not been treated as suspicious according to an NSW police statement made to New Idea about the events on August 14: “At midday, police attended Minyon Fall, Whian Whian, responding to a concern for welfare. ”
“The body of a 41-year-old man was located. The death has not been treated as suspicious.”

The body was found on Wednesday, August 14.
Ben was a fan favourite in Summer Bay, portraying Jesse McGregor from 1996-2000 until he changed career paths to study law and later working as a solicitor.
Ben has been nominated for a Logie Award in 1997 in the Most Popular New Talent category for his portrayal of Jesse on Home and Away. Later in 1997, Ben was nominated for British National Television award for his performance on Summer Bay.
