Movie World
WHERE: Movie World is on the Gold Coast, Qld.
THRILLS TO EXPECT: Warner Bros. Movie World ‘s DC Comics Super-Villains Unleashed themed area is on every kid’s list of things to do on the Gold Coast. Most will be drawn to the DC Rivals Hypercoaster (the longest in the Southern Hemisphere) but for us the highlight was the Doomsday Destroyer, a huge looping ride that’s a truly terrifying experience. Look out!
Sea World’s Nickelodeon Land
WHERE: Sea World is on the Gold Coast, Qld
THRILLS TO EXPECT: Every kid’s favourite Sea World precinct, Nickelodeon Land, includes four kid-sized rides, including the park’s first ever mini roller-coaster, plus favourite characters including Dora the Explorer, SpongeBob SquarePants and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. Those with a taste for bigger thrills will definitely enjoy the Sea World’s largest ride the Storm Coaster.
