Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles have stirred rumours of romance woes after an awkward photo shows the couple sitting metres away from each other on the same sofa while in Barbados.

The royal couple looked less than impressed with each other’s company as Camilla sat stony-faced while the Prince of Wales cheerily joked with the Governor-General Dame Sandra Mason, his back turned to his wife.
This isn’t the first time the couple raised some eyebrows while on their 12-day Carribean tour.
On March 18 the Duchess of Cornwall and the Prince of Wales kicked off their major commonwealth tour when they landed in St Lucia, however Camilla was nowhere to be seen.
Charles, 70, was spotted arriving at Hewanorra International Airport where he stepped off the plane solo, leaving Camilla inside the jet, much to onlookers confusion.
Charles spoke at the open-air event before St Lucia’s prime minister Allen Chastanet, governor-general Sir Emmanuel Neville Cenac, British High Commissioner Steve McCready and other guests including students.
Charles said: “The Commonwealth has been a cornerstone of my life for as long as I can remember and, through all the unprecedented global challenge of these past seven decades, it seems to me that the Commonwealth remains as vital today as it has ever been.”
