Meaty sausage and chunky vegetables baked into a savoury tomato sauce.

Method
1.Heat a large deep frying pan over medium-high heat and spray with oil. Cook sausages for 5-6 min until browned. Remove and cut into bite-size pieces. Set aside.
2.Add the onion and salami to pan and cook for 5 min until onion is soft. Add garlic and paprika and cook 1 min. Add pasta sauce and stock and bring to a boil. Return sausages to pan and simmer over a medium-low heat for 10 min.
3.Add vegetables and cook for a further 10 min. Season to taste. Serve with cooked couscous or fresh crusty bread. Garnish with chopped fresh parsley.
