Married At First Sight’s Nasser and Gabrielle were one of the series couples that seemed strong from the get-go, but now in an explosive turn of events the couple have become one of the most dysfunctional.
At Sunday night’s commitment ceremony, Nasser made a shocking confession: He was no longer sexually attracted to his wife Gabrielle.
‘I’m in the friend zone, physically and sexually,’ he told the relationship experts.
He continued, ‘I mean, I respect Gabby but just that part of it…it’s just, I’m stuck.
‘At the moment, I have no sexual connection.’
Gabrielle on the other hand admitted to being sexually attracted to the 50-year-old personal trainer.
She revealed: ‘I’m very attracted to Nasser and I am absolutely willing and open to explore what’s possible.’
Then, in one of the episode’s most shocking moments, Gab decided to write ‘LEAVE’ on her sheet.
‘I have to move forward to the man that I might meet out there, who does want to love me,’ she told him. ‘I need to go and find that man and I’m wanting to check that you’re not it.’
Nasser then decided to lash out at his wife, yelling: ‘You know what, I wish I said leave. I really do.’
He raged on, ‘I will never convince you in any way, shape, or form things take time. I need time, this experiment needs time.’
However, after calming down, Nasser agreed to fight for Gabrielle for one more week to see if the relationship could survive.
