The premiere episode of I’m A Celebrity Get Me Out of Here aired on Sunday, but viewers didn’t seem to know who half the celebrities were!
Politician Jacqui Lambie and former gossip reporter Richard Reid were the first to enter, yet when the next duo Luke Jacobz and Ajay Rochester arrived they appeared not to know who each other were.
Dermott Brereton, newsreader Natasha Exelby MasterChef’s Justine Schofield, Love Island’s Justin Lacko, Fat Pizza’s Tahir Bilgic and Sam Dastyari were the next to arrive and half the viewers, along with Jacqui had no idea who the celebrities were.
One angry viewer tweeted the line up was ‘better than a game of Guess Who’.
I’m sorry but if “celebrities” don’t know other celebrities then none of them are celebrities. #ImACelebrityAU

But despite the underwhelming cast, Jacqui appeared to be a hit with the viewers.
Before entering the jungle she promised to be “stirring up a lot of s**t” in order to win.
“I’m coming in there to break them. I want them down and out so I can bring home the trophy,” she added.
Let the games begin!
