Teresa Palmer opts for hospital birth after complications with son’s home birth

Teresa Palmer has decided to deliver her new baby in hospital after suffering complications with the home birth of her son Bodhi.

The actress, who is 32 weeks pregnant with her second son, says she’ll labour at home for as long as possible before going to hospital.

She says she had a slight complication with her placenta after Bodhi was born.

 

‘It gives me the confidence to know that if anything at all goes wrong or the same issue arises then I’m right there in a hospital setting and a doctor is only a floor away!’ she explained on her blog.

Teresa is also step mum to her husband’s son Isaac from a previous relationship.
