Stuart, 19, the brother to one punch victim Thomas Kelly, was found dead in his Northern Beaches home on Monday. The police aren’t treating his death as suspicious.

Stuart’s friends said the teenager received endless hate mail after he publicly supported the NSW Government’s lockout laws across the state. He was also forced to defer his marine biology course at the University of Sydney, The Daily Telegraph reported.

Stuart’s dad, Ralph Kelly, shared a touching tribute to his son on Facebook on Tuesday.

‘The most painful goodbyes are the ones that are never said and never explained,’ he wrote.

A single coward punch killed Stuart’s older brother Thomas in 2012. Kieran Loveridge was found guilty of the attack and is currently in prison.

Stuart, who was 14 when his brother died, had campaigned for tougher anti-violence laws and was a supporter of the lockout laws.
